Homestead may protect you from creditors forcing you to sell your property to pay off debts.
Homestead also protect you from creditors in the event of death of a spouse or joint owner.
Homestead does not protect you if judgments have already been entered.
Homestead do not protect you from child or spousal support.
Record a Grant Deeds to add or remove a spouse or joint owner from title.
Record a Grant to correct vesting or the manner in which title is held.
Records Deeds of Trust to secure moneys against property for private loans.
Inner Spousal Transfer Deeds are most commonly used in a divorce settlement.
Quick Claim Deeds are no longer accepted in most states so, therefore are not recommended in he removal of any parties from
title.
